The Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport (CILT) - UK. These programmes are designed as a ladder towards progression in logistics, transport and operations qualifications.

CILT-UK Introductory Certificate in Logistics and Transport
This course is designed for personnel who are new to the field of logistics and transport and for those who would like a greater understanding of the supply-chain, logistics and transport environment.
CILT-UK Certificate in Logistics and Transport
This programme is a practical and work-based qualification designed to equip existing and potential supervisors and first-line managers with a complete and comprehensive set of management skills.
CILT-UK Professional Diploma in Logistics
This Professional Diploma programme is aimed at middle managers within a supply-chain function, usually within the Distribution, Production Planning, Transport or Inventory sections. Candidates would typically have a demanding operational role which includes also a strong strategic business planning element.
CILT-UK Advanced Diploma in Logistics
The Advanced Diploma programme is based on the competency model developed by the European Logistics Association. This programme is recommended as a follow-up of the Professional Diploma in Logistics. Candidates would typically hold management positions where they are required to make or influence strategic decisions within their organisation.
