In February 2007, SSM Group Ltd. hosted a group of managers from VIBA Oil Corporation in Libya for an intensive programme entitled Contract Reading, Writing and Negotiation.

This course covered all the essential elements related to contract procedures and negotiation, both form the managerial perpsecitve as well as the relevant legal issues.

 

 

 

 

 

Mr. Emmanuel V. Farrugia MILT(UK) ESLog delivered the first part of the programme which focused on the relevant technical and operational elements related to contracting and tenders. 

Dr. Alan Xuereb M.Phil (Jur.) LL.D. delivered the second part of the programme which focused on the legal aspects related to contracts and tendering. The photo below shows the course participants with Dr. Xuereb.

The participants were then awarded with a Certificate of Achievement.
