In-House Local Training in 2009

Training at Maltapost plc:

Between January and February 2009 SSM Group was entrusted by Maltapost to conduct two in-house training programmes for the courier and logistics department. This was the first time for the same department to organise an in-house training programme with the aim of enhancing the skills and knowledge of the staff and management working in this department. Mr. Alex Borg was the main trainer for these programmes but other qualified trainers joined Alex to deliver this programme. The programme covered areas such as:

* An insight of the Supply Chain Management

* The Logistics Concept

* Panning Techniques

* Communication & Relationship Skills

* Team Building Skills

* Health & Safety Skills

* Customer Care & Service Skills
